I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which offered great views over Tuscany and a wonderful outdoor space to enjoy. The staff were friendly, although the service could be a bit slow at times, particularly when recommending activities. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas like Volterra and Siena, and the pool was a nice touch for cooling off after a day out. However, I noticed some maintenance issues that could use attention.
